I am not gluten free but, everything I have ever seen gluten free looks dry, gluten free and it looks taste free too.
Taste of Sugar Bakery has a great turn around time. You can tell she is dedicated to providing the best customer service. She also makes some of the best gluten free baked goods I've ever tasted. Her gluten free cobblers, muffins, cupcakes and breads are delicious! The cake pops are beautiful, creative AND melt-in-your-mouth amazing!!

I don't impress easily nor do I lavish praise on anything but, wow these gluten free items leave fond memories of my first bite, my last bite and every bite in between!!! The cookie even stayed together instead breaking!!!
AND.... the presentation is pleasing too!!
However, with MUCH CONVINCING, a bottled water chaser ready, I tried "A Taste of Sugar's" gluten free baked goods and wow.... NOTHING was dry or tasteless!!! In fact it was just the opposite and heavenly!!! I have to avoid dry or crunchy things due to my teeth after an accident. YAY! I don't have to avoid these cookies at all!!!
